Most of us tend to look at nuts as something like the snack food. But they are a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy oils (particularly the vitamin E). Proteins are an important source for growth and repair of tissues, fats provide the body essential fatty acids, vital to health. But, moderation is the key to its success. Nuts, often can be addictive? Once you start eating them, it’s hard to stop to indulge. Think on heedful, not bowlfuls. Liit your intake; eating too much will result in weigh gain.
