Normally the body loses water through its natural processes such as sweating and urine. A kid needs to have enough water in the body so that they can remain healthy and not suffer from any complications that are associated with lack of water in the body. As a parent you can notice that your kid is suffering from dehydration when they have certain symptoms such as: dry mouth, lack of tears when crying, dark yellow urine in small amounts, and irritability among others.

These are more rampant when the child is suffering from vomiting or diarrhea. To make sure that this does not happen you need to encourage your child to drink lots of water and fruit juices. Ensure that after every meal you have given the child water and at the end of the day they have drunk around 6-8 glasses. If the children are more active and lose a lot of water you should add the intake of the water as they loose more.

This inappropriateness in their behaviour along with healthy physical status is the critical duo that can be achieved with e strict physical education training programme.

The possessiveness in nature can be changed by engaging them in physical activities. These activities include lots of muscular activities such as jumping, running, skipping etc. Establishment of relationships, creative and effective involvement in groups, decision making abilities, scenario judging skills etc are some of the critical things achieved by a child of autism when exposed to continuous physical activities.

Food tips for kids

Health of kids have to be taken care of properly since they have to be physically fit and emotionally happy, which are all dependent on their body condition.

Never entertain your kids when they go for fried items, better ask them to have only baked food. Include proteins in their food in adequate quantities, since this is essential for their overall growth. Peanut butter is the most important supplier of proteins for kids. Cut down the amount of sodas given and substitute them with good fruit juices. Never allow your kids to sit in front of the TV and have their food. They will not take care of the food they are eating when they watch TV.

Parents should pay attention to the amount of sugar in the food taken by kids. It is better to dilute food items like juices with water to reduce the effect of sugar in it.
