Flossing

Flossing

You may have noticed that many times after eating people do excuse themselves and visit the washroom or start flossing as soon as they are comfortable doing it. This is an important part of oral health and is a great health care regime because during the day there are many different things we choose to eat but it’s not advisable to brush after each meal, so what does one do. Whether it’s a fleshy fruit or meat, you’ll often feel there’s something suck between your teeth and most time it’s not just a feeling but in reality food particles to get stuck in your teeth and it can make you quite uncomfortable apart from feeling really foul mouthed.

The easy alternative is flossing which can be carried out at anytime and ensures that food particles lodged in the most difficult parts are dislodged ensuring that you don’t have to stick your tongue to weird corners.
