Getting Taller While Sleeping
We had been hearing from our moms that in order to grow fast we should sleep early and guess what it is now even proved scientifically that a good 8 hours night rest help us in getting taller. So here are some ways of getting taller while sleeping:
First thing first couple eight hours of night’s rest with a protein rich diet and some stretching exercises to see better results. While sleeping pituitary growth hormones are released which makes you help grow taller.
Second avoid using a pillow while sleep or if you can’t rest without a pillow use a small thin pillow which will allow your spine to relax and decompress helping you getting taller while sleeping
One should also select a comfortable mattress of sleeping which will help you in flattening your back which promotes growth. So select a firm mattress for sleeping.
So if you are in your teenage years looking to increase your height that make a good night’s rest a part of your daily routine.
