Good health is the true form of wealth that attracts everything else in the peripheral. In order to maintain good health there are a number of important things to be kept in mind. You could set a fitness regime for yourself and be sure to include drinking a lot of water. Water is a wonder tonic when addressing good health and fitness. Before a meal, one or two glasses of water will result in a reduced portion size. The same quantity early in the morning, on an empty stomach, detoxifies the body and makes you feel and look rejuvenated each day.
