It is a fact that one will get aged as years pass by. But, another fact is that one can control the pace at which he or she is getting old. For example, if one had a major heart attack at the age of 30 or so, there is something very serious to be looked into as far as his eating habit is concerned, as far as his ill habits are concerned and as far as his life style is concerned.

Aging is caused by the damage or destruction of bodily cells. This damage is done by free radicals. Free radicals are produced as an outcome of the process of metabolism. Antioxidants are the entities in our body which produces the defesce mechanism against free radicals and they could defend almost 99 percent of free radicals. But, this 1 percent will increase over the years and will be compounded with bad habits.
