Various different methods were suggested for people who really find it tough to accomplish a good sleep. One of the most interesting methods of all is the process of building up a particular imagery in your mind to get sleep. This means, when you find it tough to sleep well, just imagine a situation when you desperately wanted to sleep, but you were not able to. Think of your examination days when you were not able to sleep even though you were desperately falling for it. This sort of building imagery in mind will automatically prepare our body to have a sleep, say experts.

Having a hot bath before going to bed is highly recommended. Also, it is highly desirable to do exercises to get good sleep. But depending on your body condition, you can decide the time schedule of your exercise session. It is ideal to perform exercises before 7 pm.
