Stages of Multiple Sclerosis
This is a serious disease which is unpredictable in its early stages for any person. Some people are affected and within no time they experience rapid occurrence of complete disability. This disease has several symptoms which an individual may experience as it grows in an individuals body. Multiple sclerosis has distinct stages and types that occur naturally. They include; begin multiple sclerosis, relapsing multiple sclerosis, secondary ms, primary ms and progressive multiple sclerosis.
After the initial attacks by multiple sclerosis with complete recovery, the begin ms does not worsen and there is no permanent disability. This first stage of ms follows sensory symptoms not motor symptoms with total recovery minus disability. In relapsing stage, there are some sporadic attacks and new symptoms. In secondary stage, the disease’ recovery become less complete and disability starts to grow. The relapsing stage is the feared ms form that demonstrates the need for protected steroid therapy with high mortality rate.
