Stress is an undesired thing as far as human body is concerned. It will have a negative impact on person’s health. So management of stress is essential. It results in the weakening of the immune system of our body. There are ways by which the stress can be reduced. Stress can be reduced by physical methods as well as by psychological methods. Physical methods include relaxation techniques like fractional relaxation and progressive relaxation. Meditation and positive thinking are the psychological methods. Stress can also be reduced by learning some skills like problem management and time management. Developing confidence within you can also help to reduce stress to an extent.
