US – spending too much on health care

United States has several separate legal entities providing health care in the country. United States is the country spending a large amount of money on health care and related services. They spend a portion of the GDP as well as on per capita basis for health concerns. It is known that 16% of the GDP from the nation is being spent on health care. This share is expected to increase in the coming years with the trend reaching up to 19.5% of GDP for health care in the year of 2017. The nation has spent $2.26 trillion on health care at a rate of $7,439 for per person in the year of 2007.
