Body movements are essential for a healthy body. In the modern life, people hardly find time for this. So you can try climbing stairs when there is a choice of elevators and stairs. This can be taken as a part of your routine without requiring extra time since you can practice this in your flat or office.
You can walk your dog or toss balls with kids. Such movements for your limbs act as a fitness tool and will surely act as a stress buster. You can slowly start increasing the duration of movements starting from a smaller level to make your body adjust with it.
